Greetings UCA Community! The UCA Executive Board is pleased to share with you a HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT that impacts our end of the year UCA Championships!

Mr. Kyle Edwards, long-time owner and proprietor of the Stompin’ Grounds in Maggie Valley, NC, has announced MAJOR RENOVATIONS to the property over the course of the remainder of calendar 2025.

We are so excited that these long-anticipated updates will breathe new life into this timeless venue, and give its dancers and guests fresh energy to carry its legacy deeper into the 21st century.

We look forward to our continued partnership with the Stompin’ Grounds in the not-too-distant future, and will absolutely keep you, the UCA Community, updated as news becomes available to us.

Now – you may be asking – what does that mean for our Championships for the 2025 competition season? Mark your calendars for the weekend of January 17th, 2026!

Your board is working diligently to secure a new place, and we will be SOON be announcing a new temporary home for our signature event in the coming weeks.
